Senior Vice President – Transformation Opportunity

About the Role:

The Senior Vice President – Transformation will lead strategic and operational transformation across insurance businesses in North America, the UK, and Australia. This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned leader with global experience and a proven ability to deliver complex transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transformation, strategy, or operations within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Driving transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes through structured governance and reporting frameworks.

What You Will Bring:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organizations.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
