Chief Digital Officer Job Description

This leadership role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth through innovative learning experiences.

As Chief Digital Officer, you will oversee the creation of a robust digital infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires. Your goal is to ensure seamless adoption of digital technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large-scale digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Champion the integration of digital learning technologies, such as AI-driven tools, to enhance employee skills.

Program Design:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the workforce.
  • Develop and manage innovative digital content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.

Education:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Management or Business.
