Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a robust CMDB framework within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions align with business objectives.
  • Implement data standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.
