**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.">
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members) and driving conversion rates.">
  • Strong understanding of software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.">
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.">
  • Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.">
