Job Title: Bid Manager

This role requires a skilled professional with 10+ years of industry experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  • Pre-sales: Collaborate with Technical Direction and Business Organizations to anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks.
  • Offer Preparation: Ensure offers and project references are ready, and support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales) for major RFI/RFP.
  • Bid Management: Support BM and TD in using the CRM tool during the bid process and ensure that group offers are best used and maximize the value of ALTEN offer.
  • Qualification and Strategy: Support qualification of business and strategy to answer, and prepare documents required for bids.
  • Lessons Learned: Perform Lessons learned of each CFT, analyze risk for each bid, and alert BU/Management/TD as required.

Key responsibilities include transversal activities/capitalization, issuing KPIs from the CRM tool, analyzing the maturity of bid process by Business Unit, and capitalizing best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate & reuse.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing high-quality bids that meet client requirements.
  2. Developing and implementing effective bid strategies to maximize win rates.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bid execution.
  4. Analyzing bid performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex bids, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
