  • Manage attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation, upholding organizational standards.">
  • Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally, maintaining a positive work environment.">
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits, driving data-driven decision-making.">
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns aligned with 5S principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.">
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances, promoting a positive work-life balance.">
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes, upholding organizational excellence.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.">
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.">
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Internshala, and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.">
