Senior Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive business growth.

This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of new talent into the organization.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Leadership Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans to ensure continuity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Candidate Experience: Design and implement processes to enhance candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future talent needs.
- Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and inform data-driven decision-making.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Leveraging Technology: Proficiency in using AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experiences.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive results.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative and energetic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
