
Business Process Improvement Leader

This position plays a crucial role in driving process improvement and leading strategic projects that deploy techniques of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
The primary objective is to enhance efficiency and reduce waste by optimizing facility utilization, streamlining workflow, and collaborating with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to identify quality improvement projects focusing on key business processes and decide on methodology application.
- Communicate project progress to the steering committee team, implementing best practices and WCM Practices.
- As a Six Sigma coach, provide expert advice and assistance to Process Owners and Team Members in statistics, change management, and process design strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence teams through education/communication on the benefits of process improvement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact improvement opportunities and their business champions.
- Track/report project results, ensuring sustained improvements.
- Develop and implement process maps to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in process improvement and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and statistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
