We are seeking a visionary Strategic Financial Leader to spearhead our financial planning efforts and drive business acumen across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Planning Cycles: Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies, monitor risks and opportunities, and present insightful analysis to senior leaders.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Coordinate the forecasting of cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet across various cycles to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Analyse Group Spend: Analyze group spend, develop reporting suites, and support leadership in overseeing initiatives and benefits to optimize resource allocation.
  • Business Partnering: Engage with senior leaders (especially operations) across global teams through effective business partnering, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
  • Cost Optimization: Challenge spend, ensure cost alignment with plans, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Capital Project Management: Support capital project arguments, analyze outcomes, and guarantee delivery to ensure successful project execution.
  • Spend Insights: Provide spend insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive optimization to maximize business value.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with Procurement on supplier contracts and processes to ensure continuous improvement and enhanced business performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated business partnering with senior leaders in international organizations.
  • Independent, detail-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes.
  • Organized, fast-paced, and deadline-driven.
  • Effective communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
