Finance Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards to maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, cost control, and profitability analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices to mitigate potential risks.
  • Support accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions to ensure seamless financial processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve exceptional performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
