Finance Team Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies
  • Prepare and present monthly investor reports and MIS
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide expert support
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information to senior leadership teams
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi-Qualified) or MBA in Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analytics
  • Proficient in Excel with strong hands-on financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
