Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.">

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with incentive compensation solutions.">
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.">
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.">
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.">
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.">
