Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to drive compensation policies, systems, and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct annual benchmarking process and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Salary Increases: Execute timely salary increases as part of the M&A projects team.
  • Bonus Payouts: Execute performance payouts as part of the rewards team.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Management studies or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits with hands-on experience in all aspects of CB.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy levels, analytical skills combined with curiosity and ability to manage in areas without clarity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees and management in resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.
  • Stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments.
  • Good business understanding.
  • Fluent English language knowledge desirable.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Awareness of analytical tools like Power BI ideal.
