Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to drive compensation policies, systems, and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct annual benchmarking process and communicate with stakeholders.
- Salary Increases: Execute timely salary increases as part of the M&A projects team.
- Bonus Payouts: Execute performance payouts as part of the rewards team.
- Drive best practices across policies and procedures to support organizational people strategy.
- Publish management analytics around rewards with key stakeholders.
- Manage administration of rewards, oversee governance, analytics, and vendor relations.
- Support CB team on special projects.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Management studies or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits with hands-on experience in all aspects of CB.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy levels, analytical skills combined with curiosity and ability to manage in areas without clarity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees and management in resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.
- Stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments.
- Good business understanding.
- Fluent English language knowledge desirable.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Awareness of analytical tools like Power BI ideal.
