Job Description\

The Role of a Global Talent Acquisition Manager involves overseeing the end-to-end process of talent acquisition, from developing project plans to ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, be able to analyze data to drive decision-making, and have outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline talent acquisition operations on a global scale.\
  • Collaborate with regional Heads of Talent Acquisition to deliver a consistent candidate experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading projects for ATS/CRM system implementations, enhancement training, and system testing.\
  • Optimizing usage and enablement of core recruiting tools by analyzing usage data and identifying areas of opportunity.\
  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of macro-Talent Acquisition operations across various regions.

  • Depth of understanding in changing market conditions, trends, and business growth targets.\

  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
