This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our national brand. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building our distribution network, forging key partnerships, and driving commercial success from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the successful launch of Simply Food across key Indian cities.
  • Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HORECA segments.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and volume targets for the brand.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large retailers, food service chains, and institutional clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example on the ground, hiring, training, and managing a high-performing sales team as the brand grows.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, inventory management, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery.
