Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist with 2-6 years of agency experience to join our team. This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to grow professionally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Take ownership of acquiring new clients using any outreach channel you're skilled at. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business needs, tailor pitches to their requirements, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our leadership team and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects. Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Client Experience.
