We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities within the facility management market.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients with facility management needs.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the integrated facility management market, including services like cleaning, security, maintenance, and energy management.
Key responsibilities include:
Market Analysis and Prospecting- Analyze competitor landscape to identify market gaps and differentiate offerings.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall IFM business goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Effectively present capabilities and demonstrate value proposition to potential clients.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships with other companies to expand reach and service offerings.
