Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities within the facility management market.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients with facility management needs.
  • Develop targeted lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

Market Analysis and Prospecting

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall IFM business goals.
Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Effectively present capabilities and demonstrate value proposition to potential clients.
Business Development Activities
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with other companies to expand reach and service offerings.
