Fundraising Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising Strategist to lead our fundraising efforts and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building and maintaining relationships with donors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, including major gift donors, corporate partners, and foundation funders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
- Manage donor data and provide regular reporting on fundraising progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise setting.
- Proven track record of success in securing significant funding from diverse sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
