Job Title: Strategic Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles and possess a strong generalist background with a bias towards action. They will thrive in ambiguity and be able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners. The successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the founder's right-hand person on critical strategic and operational projects.
  • Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways.
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity.
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.
