Strategic Financial Leadership

Accounts & Financial Management

The CFO will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. They will establish and maintain robust financial controls and accounting systems to ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards.

Fundraising and Investor Relations

The Group CFO will lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt fundraising. They will manage existing investor relations and lead team efforts to secure new equity and debt investors.

Banking & Treasury Management

The CFO will manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations. They will optimize working capital and cash flow management, ensuring effective treasury operations and hedging strategies.

Audit & Compliance

The Group CFO will lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero non-compliance. They will collaborate with internal and external auditors for process improvements and establish internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

The CFO will ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes. They will optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities while remaining compliant with changing tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Investments & Capital Management

The Group CFO will evaluate investment opportunities for ROI and strategic alignment. They will manage portfolio investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, developing long-term capital and funding strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

The CFO will build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounts teams. They will promote a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement through training, automation, and process optimization.
