  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.">
  • Oversee Risk Management: Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.">
  • Provide Financial Insights: Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.">
  • Build and Lead Team: Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.">
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.">
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.">
  • Implement Governance Frameworks: Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.">
  • Optimize Cash Flow: Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).">

Requirements

  • Advanced Financial Qualification: CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.">
  • Senior Leadership Experience: 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.">
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.">
  • Expertise in IFRS/GAAP: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.">
  • Industry Experience: Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.">
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Global Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.">
  • M&A Experience: Experience in M&A and international finance operations will be an advantage.">
