Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring optimal profitability and cost efficiency.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and success.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Lead the annual budgeting process across hotels, resorts, or F&B outlets, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Prepare detailed rolling forecasts and benchmark performance against targets.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational performance.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, maintaining the highest level of compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements.
    • Monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across units.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure seamless compliance.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
    • Effectively manage liquidity, working capital, and treasury functions, optimizing cash flow and minimizing risks.
    • Implement efficient credit control, receivables, and vendor payment processes.
    • Oversee capital expenditure and ROI analysis, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across multiple units, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Build strong relationships with General Managers, Operations, and Owners, providing exceptional support and guidance.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Hospitality-Specific Responsibilities
    • Monitor unit-level P&L (room revenue, F&B, banquets, ancillary services), identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Implement effective cost control measures, balancing guest experience with financial performance.
    • Develop and maintain robust financial systems for inventory control, menu engineering, and cost tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with hospitality-specific taxations and regulations.
