Growth and Development Specialist

This is a full-time role based in India. We are looking for a skilled professional who can drive business growth and development through strategic partnerships, market research, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Partner Solutions:
    • Provide insights from corporate partners to support internal teams in converting corporate partner requirements into proposals, deliverables, redesigns, revisions, and calibrations.
    • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate partners.
  • Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and selling opportunities for services.
    • Prospect, acquire, and develop leads through various channels.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts with corporate partners to secure deals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Communicate proactively with programme teams and corporate partners to identify opportunities across functions.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Process Management:
    • Design and manage the internal business model for engagement with cross-functional teams.
  • Fundraising and Government Liaison:
    • Identify alternative funding opportunities and grant sources to secure additional resources.
Requirements:
  • Basic Requirements:
    • Experience in business development, lead identification, and corporate partner relationship building.
    • Ability to work in a client-facing consultative capacity to create proposals.
    • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within the Asian corporate context.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Relevant qualification or courses in DEI, HR, or related fields.
    • A strong network of contacts in both corporate and community sectors.
