The successful candidate will drive business expansion through user acquisition and partnerships, shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute to scaling traction.
About the Role- Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities for user acquisition and forge strategic partnerships that fuel business expansion.
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with the founding team to create and execute effective plans that propel business growth.
- Scale Traction: Work alongside the founding team to increase market visibility, attract new customers, and enhance overall business performance.
- Potential Leadership Roles: As the company grows, there may be opportunities for the Co-Founder / Growth Partner to take on leadership roles in fundraising efforts or other key areas.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ideal candidate should possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Relevant Experience: A background in growth, business development, marketing, or fundraising is highly valued.
- Strong Execution Skills: The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.

- Collaborative Trial: Before committing to equity, we invite shortlisted candidates to participate in a trial collaboration (15–30 days) to ensure a strong fit.
- Founding Team Membership: Successful collaborators can transition to full co-founder roles, participating actively in shaping the company's future.
- Candidate Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a quick conversation to assess their qualifications and fit.
- Trial Collaboration: If aligned, selected candidates will participate in a 15–30 day trial project to demonstrate their skills and teamwork.
- Co-Founder Role: Upon successful completion of the trial, participants can move into the full co-founder role, contributing to the company's growth and evolution.
