The Senior Business Strategist will lead a large-scale transformation program across global operations, managing senior leadership teams and driving systematic defect elimination through technological innovation, process excellence and policy definitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a multi-faceted cost transformation strategy across key areas including inventory management, returns optimization, and shipping costs.
- Program Management & Execution: Oversee multiple workstreams including inventory defects, returns management, shipping COGS, and variable operations costs.
- Innovation & Technical Leadership: Champion the development of scalable technical solutions for defect elimination.
About the Role
Achieve business growth by improving customer experiences across worldwide stores and lowering the cost of doing business. This requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Full-time MBA or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10 + years in managing projects that require interacting with customers/stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in Retail, eCommerce and supply chain functions.
