Job Title

Partnership & Collaboration Executive — Sustainable Marketing.


This role involves driving strategic partnerships and collaborations to strengthen our mission of driving net-zero advertising. You will work closely with brands, agencies, and sustainability partners to create impactful collaborations and long-term value.

The successful candidate will have experience in identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems. They will also support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners and collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in ESG, climate tech, or sustainability-led projects is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with partnership CRM tools and reporting dashboards is essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can drive our sustainability initiative forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations. They will also have a strong understanding of the intersection of marketing and sustainability and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • Track partnership performance and prepare reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • ~1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ESG, climate tech, or sustainability-led projects.
  • Familiarity with partnership CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
