Job Overview

As a seasoned Data Analytics leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Acumen & Strategic Alignment:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Translate business needs into actionable data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of analytics deliverables.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution:
    • Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
    • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
    • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
    • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
    • Ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements by managing team workload and capacity.
    • Promote best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance.
    • Collaborate with other Analytics Leads and the Head of Data & Analytics for cross-functional initiatives.
