HR Lead - Regional Office

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration for a regional office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers, while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs, leveraging various formats such as workshops, seminars, and online courses to enhance employee skills and knowledge, thereby boosting overall performance.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of training initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts, while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure seamless communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders by overseeing administrative operations, maintaining office facilities, and procuring necessary supplies.
