Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HR professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full cycle HR support to the organization, handling talent acquisition, talent management, engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and HR projects.

This is a collaborative role that requires strong working relationships across the talent team, excellent communication and relationship building skills, an achievement-oriented individual with a focus on task excellence, and experience working with partners to meet their talent requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, managing offers and post-offer engagement, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  2. Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation process, exit interviews, analysis, pulse checks, and feedback from new joiners.
  3. Manage Internship Process: Coordinate internship opportunities, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide ongoing support to interns.
  4. Engagement Initiatives: Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement programs based on the organization's calendar.
  5. Learning and Development: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize and plan soft skills programs, and develop training materials.
  6. HR Projects: Take on HR projects in any talent focus area, plan, and execute them, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  7. HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management, providing insights into HR performance.
