
Team Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
The Team Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, driving client KPIs, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client KPIs and ensure they are met
- Manage stakeholders and maintain a positive working relationship with them
- Maintain Attrition & Shrinkage of the team
- Perform Performance Management tasks
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own
- Deal with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues
- Fulfill in for absent employees as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business
- Act as a role model for all employees by exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail
- Delegate tasks to employees
- Keep day-to-day activities organized
- Recruit and interview new hires
- Supervise employees and provide additional training and coaching as needed
- Train employees in proper safety procedures and provide training updates as needed
- Address employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Graduate in any stream
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- On-the-job training
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
