Supervisory Management Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a supervisor, located in Nagpur.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Training and Mentoring: Experience in training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management and Scheduling: Proficiency in managing inventory and scheduling staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Retail Operations and Procedures: Knowledge of retail operations and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
