We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be proficient in administrative management, and have a strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to various offices and branches nationwide
  • Liaising with architects to ensure seamless integration of office spaces
  • Updating and maintaining administrative-related MIS on a regular basis
  • Establishing effective communication channels with government bodies
  • Collaborating with department heads to gain insights into their administrative requirements
  • Renewing contracts for equipment and systems
  • Maintaining fire safety equipment and ensuring proper functioning of systems
  • Managing travel arrangements for employees through third-party services
  • Maintaining accurate records of assets and implementing tagging systems
  • Allocating mobile devices and SIM cards according to company policies
  • Supervising daily operations, repair and maintenance activities, and staff events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Sound knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices

• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
