The Warehouse Operations Manager is a highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Job Description:

Manage and oversee warehouse operations to ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards. Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional warehouse P&L including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Utilize WMS and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning is required. In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations is essential.
