Inventory Management Professional

This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills to oversee daily inventory reconciliations between our Warehouse Management System and physical stock. The goal is to ensure accuracy and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking inward quantities, order processed quantities, order cancelled quantities, and comparing these figures with available stock quantities. They will also plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer, allocating sufficient manpower to achieve this goal.

Additionally, the Inventory Management Professional will conduct wall-to-wall counts for all customers at least once a quarter, maintaining a high level of accuracy. This includes achieving an inventory accuracy rate of 99.65% and maintaining inventory loss below 0.03%.

Collaboration with internal/external auditors by providing necessary data is also a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, the candidate will design and implement procedures to prevent losses of high-value items and minimize warehouse damages to inventory.

Finally, they will verify packing material counts on a daily basis to maintain a smooth operation.


Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required. Strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various order processing software are necessary for this position.
