About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and ITIL certified operations manager to oversee and enhance service delivery, ensuring the provision of high-quality IT support that aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operational activities, lead a team of IT professionals, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT operations team in delivering timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Implement and maintain processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, and service level management.
  • Ensure operational activities align with defined service management frameworks and organizational policies.
  • Monitor and report on service performance and compliance against service level agreements, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate incident resolution and manage escalation processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and workflows according to ITIL standards.
  • Lead capacity planning, availability management, and ensure the reliability and stability of IT services.
  • Support IT audits and compliance requirements related to service management.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of operational issues and solutions.
About You

You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing IT operations. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You are ITIL certified and have knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices. You are also able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
