About the Position

  • Team Development: Provide guidance and support to the service team, coach team members, identify areas of responsibility, and evaluate performance.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of service experience, CISA certification preferred
  • Proven track record of executing technology projects, expertise in Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and personal computer hardware
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting applications and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
