About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to lead talent integration and strategy initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, workforce planning, acquisitions, increment planning, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and other common HR deliverables.
You will be responsible for providing direct support to service line/business leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including integration of new hires, implementation of standard methodologies to increase talent engagement and experience, and serving as a link between employees and the larger organization.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead workforce forecasting and planning with leadership.
- Coordinate with finance teams on planning and financial updates.
- Act as a liaison between employees and multiple specialist support groups to ensure compliance on all people processes and timely administration.
- Manage contractor process, including onboarding, contract support, overseeing background checks, and ensuring payments are made.
- Lead skills training for banking domain, identifying training needs, developing comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Executive presence, organized, self-motivated, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
