We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
About the Role:
- This role involves providing timely and effective technical support to end-users, maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.
- Responsibilities include resolving desktop support issues up to the end-user level, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Required skills and qualifications include familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN troubleshooting, MS Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server OS 2016.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with peers to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in IT support.
- Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL are an added advantage.

- Knowledge of desktop and networking issues.
