Area Growth Manager

Role Purpose
As a key member of the Aliaxis team, the Area Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the assigned geographic area. This involves identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing action plans to maximize short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Identifying emerging markets and opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Role Specifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree and above
- 7-10 years of experience in institutional and government sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
Language
Fluency in English and the local language is required.
