Job Title: Strategic Growth Officer

Job Description:

The BD Manager will drive sales and expansion efforts in a specific geographic zone. Their primary focus is to bring in Q1 sales through established connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new school leads, database management, cold calling, email campaigns, and securing introductory appointments with school principals and management/trustees.
  • Conducting introductory meetings, setting up escalation meetings, and following up on deal closure for Q2-Q3 sales targets.
  • Preparing daily revenue generation reports and various sales & marketing reports.

Sales Targets:

  • To secure 20 schools for the In-School product of MBMA in the stationed city within Year 1.
Personal Attributes:

A strong candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet targets, possess excellent communication skills, think creatively, have strong negotiation skills, presence of mind, and effective time management.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and decision-making matrices in the K12 education industry.
  • On-field sales expertise, self-driven, and accountable to targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take business ownership for short-term and long-term rewards.
