Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic professional to support the founder's office.

This role combines administration, execution, and strategy to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and task priorities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Draft proposals, pitch decks, and business documents for clients, partners, and investors to facilitate communication and engagement.
  • Track strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive results.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs on new business opportunities to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and project pipelines for the leadership team to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support business development and outreach efforts as needed to drive growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency across departments and teams.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or EA roles with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and work in ambiguity to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace with familiarity in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Notion.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communications, or related field.
