We are urgently hiring for Alumni Officer for Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune.

The candidate should have.

  • Experience of working in universities and handling Training and Placement.
  • Excellent communication in English and regional language English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Hands on experience in using contemporary technology, applications etc. for marketing and promotional activities

Educational Qualification: Graduated / MBA Preferred.

Role & responsibilities for Placement & Alumni Officer:

  • Relevant Experience in alumni relations.
  • Complete and update Registration of alumni association (Internal and External).
  • Encourage registration of all graduated students as Alumni.
  • Coordinate all alumni activities through alumni association and alumni funds.
  • Be a member of University Alumni Association, selection of Alumni office bearers President, Treasurer, Secretary, Members etc.
  • Accountable for all activities to promote alumni relations.
  • Be in constant touch with alumni, arrange alumni meets, share job postings, share information of various events at SSPU with Alumni.
  • Coordinate with schools and placement dept for alumni activities.
  • Coordinate for all accreditation processes of University NAAC, NIRF etc.
  • Organize alumni sessions, form alumni clubs, Alumni Entrepreneurship clubs, update Alumni Portal / Website.
  • Prepare Alumni Budget.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
  • Any other related work assigned by university authorities.
