Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels;
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner;

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of customer service skills;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required;
  • Adaptability to change and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

What We Are Looking For
