Exit Interview Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Exit Interview Specialist to manage the exit process of employees, conduct structured interviews, and gather feedback.

This role involves scheduling and conducting exit interviews, gathering employee responses, and providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing group mailboxes, updating tools with employee responses, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the exit process of employees, including scheduling and conducting exit interviews.
  • Conduct structured interviews, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Manage group mailboxes and update tools with employee responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, unbiased discussions.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in an exit interview process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Able to handle work as an individual contributor and at the same time be a team player.
  • Experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfer exposure and good organizational skills.
