Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various business processes and functions.
- Onboarding and induction of new employees into the team
- Employee engagement and team building activities
- Performance management and employee relations
- Employee retention and continuous improvement
- Support to corporate L&D and TA teams
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
