Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at ASSPL - Haryana. As a key member of our partner onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of third-party partners across India, with a focus on Tier 2/3 cities.
">Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute plans to onboard new partners from focus cities, ensuring seamless documentation completion, training, and launch support. You will also be responsible for handholding new partners throughout their initial journey, identifying successful strategies, and replicating them across the board.
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Your innovative approach, coupled with your passion for sales and business development, will enable you to drive growth and expansion within our organization.
