This role involves supporting the development of new business opportunities, including market research and lead generation.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to work with our team in a challenging environment. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct desk-based research to develop knowledge of carbon markets and categorize reports, documents, policies, and analysis at local and national levels.
- Research new business opportunities, including identifying growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Establish relationships with key contacts and generate leads through regular follow-ups.
- Support senior colleagues in developing sales pitches and participating in presentations of business ideas.
- C coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and expedite processes.
- Develop client contracts based on company size and service requirements.
- Provide data for client-specific presentations and track leads generated.
- Possess relevant qualification or experience.
- Hold 1-3 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Carbon Consultancy, Power Sector, WTE, or NBS.
- Have effective time management skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Be proactive and able to take responsibility for tasks assigned.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Have good communication and report-writing skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office.
- Show adaptability and multitasking ability.
