Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and quality of our facilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance;
  • Preparing lists of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers' recommendations;
  • Planning maintenance inventory with in-house teams;
  • Conducting pre-emptive maintenance programs to prevent machine failures of critical equipment;
  • Ensuring logbooks, checklists, and schedules are up-to-date.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering. Three to seven years of experience in facilities management is also essential.
