Client Success Associate Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will be at the forefront of client engagement strategy, serving as a critical link between our clients and our solutions. You will provide exceptional client service, drive sales, and ensure seamless client experience from initial inquiry to long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for all US-based clients, providing expert guidance and timely responses during East Coast hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure all queries are addressed and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services, positioning our offerings as best solution.
  • Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team success goals.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive approach to client management and support.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Assist in development and updating of client-facing materials, such as FAQs and product guides.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to better serve our clients.
  • Own reporting and insights on client engagement, product performance, and market trends, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in multinational client-facing professional services environment
  • Bar Raising Soft Skills in handling executive-level clients
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, team-oriented environment
