We are seeking a seasoned ISO professional to manage our organization's quality and environmental management systems.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. They will also serve as a representative during ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits (internal & external). Additionally, they will conduct internal audits, track NCRs, and manage CAPA processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Represent the organization during ISO audits.
- Conduct internal audits and track Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or QA/QC roles with strong ISO audit exposure.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification is mandatory.
- ISO 14001:2015 or IMS Auditor Certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with document control, NCR/CAPA processes, and operational workflows.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
